My Story…
Hi there! After being diagnosed with Stage 1 ovarian cancer one year ago, I'm just so grateful to God to say that today I'm cancer-free. I really want to do this walk to build awareness about ovarian cancer and to help support the sponsoring organization, Sue's Gift. They reached out to me several times during my health journey with thoughtful gifts, a wonderful mentor, and practical information. I couldn't have made it through this ordeal without my dear family, friends, and church community, and Sue's Gift also stood right beside me. I want to be a part of this cause to help other women feel that they are not alone in their fight against cancer. Thanks for joining with me if you feel so led.
