The Beaton is one of the oldest multisport events in Canada, consisting of open water swim, cycle, solo canoe and running legs. It can be done solo or as teams of two or four.

The kids triathlon will commence immediately after the main race(usually around 12:00pm). The distances are a 150m swim, 5km Mountain Bike, 1km Run. There are two age groups. 10 and under and 12 and under. Please note that T-shirts are not included in the registration price for this event. They can however be purchased for an additional $10.00.
