Best Buddies is the world’s largest organization dedicated to ending the social, physical, and economic isolation of the 200 million people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
Our Best Buddies programs empower people with IDD to form meaningful friendships with their peers, secure jobs, improve communication and advocacy skills, and live independently, while also offering support for their families.
We are so excited to be a charity partner in this year's Doug Flutie 5K! Funds raised through the Flutie 5K will help support our Best Buddies programs in Massachusetts and Rhode Island - including jobs, friendships, internships, pre-employment training, leadership, family support and more!
