I'm raising money to help people and families with autism live life to the fullest!
Since the fall of 2015 my mum has been losing mobility due to Multiple Sclerosis, and now uses a wheelchair. In October of 2019 she was matched with service dog Charlie. After two weeks of training at the NEADS campus she brought Charlie home. Charlie has been such a great addition to our family. As well as helping my mum when she needs to get out the door and to pick things up from the floor, Charlie loves to play ball with us in the back yard and go for rides in the car. The Doug Flutie Jr. Foundation for Autism has generously opened its Annual Flutie 5k to NEADS supporters this year. 100% of the funds I raise will support NEADS World Class Service Dogs, to help them train and place service dogs with other people with disabilities, people with hearing loss, as well as children with autism or other developmental delays. This will be my 5th year running the Flutie 5K, having raised a total of almost $4000. I am hoping to raise at least $1000 this year, breaking the $5000 mark.
Donate to help Cameron raise money for 25th Annual Flutie 5K for Autism’s fundraising campaign.
