Hi all! My name is Cecilia Toner, and I am running the Doug Flutie 5K this year with Adapt Transition Services. Any donation helps Adapt continue to serve and enhance quality of life for individuals with disabilities by offering enrichment opportunities through clinical services and recreational activities. I hold Adapt Transition Services near and dear to my heart, and I love the work that I get to do there everyday! Thank you in advance to all that donate!
