Team HOPe is comprised of passionate and dedicated athletes  who come together from various backgrounds and experiences, who support our mission and strive for a world where disabled individuals, including  cerebral palsy, down syndrome and autism, and their families are not held back - where they have all the resources and support they need to pursue hopeful, purposeful lives on their own terms. 

Team HOPe athletes fundraise and participate in athletic events throughout the year that support HOPe's programs and services.
