Event Day Details
5:00 p.m. Race Kit Pick-Up - 1500 Airport Rd, Sarnia, ON
Race kit pick-up and registration will take place inside the Huron Flight Centre Hangar. Please visit the hangar to collect your kit bag, t-shirt, timing chip, and food & beverage ticket.
Please pick up timing chips by 5:30 p.m. if anyone in your group is participating in the Kiddie Trot, which starts promptly at 5:45 p.m.
Important Notes:
- Alcohol will be served at the event, so please remember to bring a valid photo ID. Please DO NOT drink and drive.
- All timing chip bands must be returned at the end of the 5K. A replacement fee will be charged for any unreturned bands.
Payment Information: You can use cash or credit to purchase additional food and beverages, as well as to bid on silent auction items.

Please carpool! Refer to the map below for details. Event takes place in the Huron Flight Centre Hangar.
Parking Options (Free Parking Available for all registered runners, volunteers, and spectators):
- You can park for free along the side of the road leading up to the hangar.
- If the ground is wet or there is no more space available along the road, please use the regular parking lot outside the terminal building at the Sarnia Chris Hadfield Airport (highlighted in purple on the map).
Follow the path marked by red dots on the map to reach the Huron Flight Centre hangar (green circle).

About Jordan
Jordan Strickland inspired "Jordan's Run the Runway" 5K run and walk series. For the first time, Jordan's Run the Runway is coming to Sarnia's Chris Hadfield Airport! All funds raised will stay local to the Sarnia-Lambton community, and support the Y's financial assistance program so that everybody can access the Y.
"Jordan loved new adventures, and he was not afraid to try anything. One of the things he loved most in life was going to the YMCA Camp Queen Elizabeth on Beausoleil Island, where he attended many summers as a camper, and nine years as a volunteer counsellor.
Jordan would be turning 37 this year, and we are so grateful for the many friends he met over the years, and who he introduced to us. Thank you so much for Running the Runway to remember our amazing Jordan, and also for his CQE and Siskinds families and friends.

Course Description
This is a flat and fast certified 5K, chip timed event. You can run, walk, roll or stroll!
Course will begin and end on the Runway of the Sarnia Chris Hadfield Airport.

Prizes
The top male and female finisher will receive their choice of a brand-new pair of ASICS running shoes from RaceRoster. The second place male and female will receive a $50 gift card for online or in store purchase at BACKROADS Brews + Shoes, and a BACKROADS Run Club Hat, provided by our our official running partner, BACKROADS Brews + Shoes. The Third place male and female will receive a $25 gift card for online or in store purchase and a pair of BACKROADS socks all provided by BACKROADS Brews + Shoes.
