My Story…
Suicide awareness and prevention is something that is close to my heart. Mental health has become so much more talked about and accepted in our society today. I am hoping to continue to see the progress forward in removing the stigma surrounding it, and more people reaching out for help. I am running this 10KM to raise funds for this cause. All funds donated support mental wellness and suicide prevention programs in Spruce Grove, Stony Plain and Parkland County. A special thank you to anyone who donates.
