VIRTUAL RUN MECHANICS
Eligibility
Only runners who are registered for the in-person event on November 23, 2024, but cannot attend, are eligible to participate in the virtual run.
Virtual Run Period
The virtual run is open from November 24 to December 1, 2024. Participants must complete the same distance they originally registered for in the in-person event.
Submission of Results
Participants can submit their results starting November 24, 2024 via Race Roster. Proof of completion, such as a screenshot or photo of a run tracking app or device showing the distance, time, and date, must be uploaded. Deadline of submission is on December 1, 2024 11:59 PM.
Accepted Platforms
Any GPS-based tracking app or device will be accepted for tracking your run.
Cut-off Time
Each run must be completed in one continuous session. Runs completed in multiple sessions or accumulated over several days will not be accepted.
Verification Process
All submitted results will be reviewed for accuracy. Incomplete or falsified entries will be disqualified.
Delivery of Finisher's Entitlements
Finisher's Entitlements will be delivered starting January 2025. Participants are encouraged to ensure their delivery address on Race Roster is correct to avoid delays.
PARTICIPATION IS NON-TRANSFERABLE. All participants are advised to prioritize safety during their run by running in secure and well-lit areas. Stay hydrated and observe any local safety guidelines.
