Outside Assistance:
The assistance provided by event personnel or Technical Officials is allowed but is limited to providing drinks, nutrition, mechanical and medical assistance, upon the approval of the Technical Delegate or Head Referee. Athletes competing in the same competition may assist each other with incidental items such as, but not restricted to, nutrition and drinks after an aid station, pumps, tubular tires, inner tubes, and puncture repair kits;
Participants may not provide any item of equipment to an athlete competing in the same competition which results in the donor athlete being unable to continue with their own competition. This includes but is not restricted to the complete bicycle, frame, wheels, and helmet. The penalty for this will be disqualification of both athletes.
Participants are prohibited from receiving support from non-participants, non-members of the organizing team, and non-members of the technical or medical teams. Receiving support from any of these will result in disqualification.
Health:
Gravel races and other related endurance sports are strenuous. To be able to compete, athletes should be in excellent physical condition. Their health and welfare is of paramount importance. By joining and starting in a competition, the athletes declare they are in good health and are in appropriate physical condition to complete the competition;

Insurance:
All participants in the event must be covered by their own personal accident insurance that will cover any accident before, during, and after the race.
Registration:
The date of the payment in registration is the basis for determining if the right amount was remitted based on the early-regular-late schedule of registration fees.
All participants must claim their own race kit at the official competition registration area during designated times. All participants will be required to show a government-issued ID in claiming their race kits.
Athletes who are caught using another person’s race kit during the event, or allowing another athlete to race on their behalf under their name will be banned from participating in Gravelton and GoClark events for a minimum of 2 years.

An alteration to any part of the helmet, including the chin strap, or the omission of any part of the helmet, including an outer cloth cover, is prohibited;
