HOKA Trilogy Run Asia National Finals Virtual Run Mechanics

We understand that many of our runners come from various provinces across the Philippines, and not everyone may be able to travel to Manila for the National Finals. To ensure that every runner has the opportunity to complete their HOKA Trilogy journey, we are excited to announce the opening of the Virtual Run for the HOKA Trilogy Run Asia National Finals. This way, you can still earn your final medal piece and be part of this momentous event, no matter where you are!

REGISTRATION

Register and set your category and goal. Upon successful registration, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Registration fees are shown below:

Important Note:

• We offer free delivery of Race Kits and Finisher’s Entitlements for Virtual Runners (One time delivery - within PH only)

• Transfer from on-site registration run to virtual run will not be allowed.

ELIGIBILITY

To ensure the safety and competitiveness of the race, participants must meet the following age requirements for each category:

• 42K, 32K, 21K, 16K: Participants must be 18 years old and above.

• 10K: Participants must be 16 years old and above.

• 5K: Participants must be 13 years old and above. Children 12 years old and below can join, provided they are accompanied by a parent or guardian during the run.

Note: For those aiming for podium finishes or age-group category placements, please note that virtual runners are not eligible to be podium or age-group winners. Only runners who will join the onsite race on December 8 in Manila are eligible for top finisher and age-group awards.

VIRTUAL RUN PERIOD

December 1-15, 2024

Run or walk anywhere you choose from December 1 to December 15, 2024, and track your performance using a GPS-tracking app, smartwatch, or treadmill. The virtual run allows you the flexibility to participate at any time during this period.

You may join any local races within December 1-15, or you can complete your own run individually. For runners joining official races outside HOKA TRA during this period, you can submit your race results as your proof of completion.

RESULTS SUBMISSION

After completing your race, submit the following details through our event website (via Race Roster) by no later than December 15, 2024:

1. Screenshot of your running route

2. Photo of your app dashboard displaying the distance covered, time, and date

3. Photo of your smartwatch/treadmill screen showing the completed run

Please ensure your submission includes clear information on your date, time, and total distance.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

• Results based on accumulated runs or walks will not be accepted. Only submit one (1) set of race details corresponding to the full race distance in one go.

• Make sure you submit your results before the deadline for validation.

• Please note that transfer from regular registration (onsite run) to virtual run will not be allowed.

SHIPPING AND DISTRIBUTION OF RACE KITS AND ENTITLEMENTS

All race kits (singlet) and entitlements (medal, finisher’s shirt, drawstring bag) will be delivered altogether in one shipment. The shipping and distribution of race kits and entitlements for virtual participants will begin in January 2025. This timeline accounts for the validation process and the expected high number of virtual runners across the Philippines.

Important Shipping Details:

• The delivery address you provided during registration will be used for shipping. Please ensure this address is correct and up to date.

• Additional charges such as Processing Fee, and Admin Fee will also apply.

• Once your submission has been validated, you will receive a confirmation email, and your race kit will be prepared for shipping.
