Risky Brisket has the honor and privilege to compete at the World Food Championships re-branded as the Mission Zero Hundred Hours BBQ Team in November with our fellow Veterans!
22 Veterans succumb to suicide every day. We lose more Veterans in one year to suicide than were killed in action in the 20-year war on terror in the Middle East.
Mission Zero Hundred Hours works to reduce Veteran suicide by providing life-changing competitive culinary arts experiences to Veterans.
In November, MZHH is deploying 35 Veterans to the World Food Championships in Indianapolis across the Battle of the Branches, Live Fire, and BBQ. Deployments come with significant costs.
Our mission, aside from trying to win a world BBQ championship, is to help this 501(c)(3) charity raise needed funds to deploy all the Veterans.

Help our team fundraise their way into a competitive advantage while raising awareness for, and reducing Veteran suicide.
Mission Zero Hundred Hours (MZHH) is a 501(c)(3) charity focused on Veteran suicide prevention and awareness through competitive culinary arts.
Currently, 20 or more Veterans a day succumb to suicide. We feel this number should be ZERO.
In military time 00:00 (Zero Hundred Hours) is the start of a new day. Mission Zero Hundred Hours, in its name, is the start of a new day for many struggling Veterans. We provide life-changing competitive culinary arts experiences to Veterans that help them channel their energies toward healthy goals while developing culinary life skills.
The “Battle of the Branches: WFC Edition” is a culinary competition unlike any other. Military branch teams, consisting of Veterans or service members, are led by experienced coaches through preliminary rounds, and a finals round to determine the best culinary branch of service.
The branch teams will square off in the preliminary round with the Taco Battle. The branch team with the highest score will represent their branch, against all other branches, in the finals with the MRE Challenge. The winning branch will have a year of bragging rights as the best culinary branch of service!
The team that raises the most in donations will receive a competitive advantage helping them achieve victory!
