Hey Peeps! I'm jumping on a spin bike to help raise much-needed funds for youth mental health programs conducted by local charities Empowering Parents in Crisis (EPIC), The Harrison Riedel Foundation, KYDS Youth Counselling, Waves of Wellness and Proveda Foundation.
