The Sgt. Douglas J. Riney Memorial Scholarship is dedicated to honor and remember Sgt. Douglas J. Riney Fallen Soldier and Firefighter KIA 10/19/2016 in Kabul Afghanistan all donations and proceeds from the race will help support local scholarships each year for area youths in Doug's name.
