Kindred Promise

Kindred Promise is a charitable organization founded in our family's journey with our then three-year-old daughter, Evangeline. Evangeline's battle with a life-threatening illness led us to Levine Children's Hospital, where we witnessed firsthand the challenges that children and families face during these trying times. It was during this profound experience, that we made a promise to Evangeline, to make a meaningful impact in the lives of these young warriors. A Kindred Promise.

At Kindred Promise, we are driven by a singular mission: to provide unwavering support, resources, and opportunities for children with illnesses and disabilities. Our commitment extends beyond mere assistance; we aspire to create an inclusive and nurturing environment where every child's dreams are not only valued but celebrated. Our signature initiative, Evangeline's Stocking Drive, embodies this vision. For the past four years, we have delivered over 1000 stockings filled with much-needed items to children in hospitals during their most challenging moments. These stockings, brimming with joy and essentials, serve as a source of comfort and light during the darkest of times.

Our upcoming event, the Kind-a-Thon 5k, plays a pivotal role in fueling Evangeline's Stocking Drive and the rollout of S.E.I.D. (School Education Inclusion Development). The funds generated from this event will empower us to continue delivering stockings of joy to children in need while also enabling us to introduce S.E.I.D., a program designed to foster an inclusive and equitable educational experience for children with disabilities.
