My Story…

I am honored to dedicate my participation in the Second Chance 5K to the memory of my cousin, Justin Romero, who tragically lost his battle with addiction in February 2023. This run is not just about crossing the finish line—it’s about raising awareness, honoring his journey, and supporting those who are still fighting. His memory fuels my commitment to advocating for recovery, hope, and second chances
