Our story…
Emma is a vibrant 3 year old, who was diagnosed with Leber Congenital Amaurosis (LCA) at an early age. LCA is a rare inherited retinal disease due to a mutation in Emma's CRB1 gene and causes her to progressively lose her vision. Emma worked with the Cleveland Sight Center for early intervention services and had such a positive experience. The Sight Center continues to offer wonderful support to our family throughout our journey. We hope you can join us for this fun family event and come walk with Emma and her beloved white cane, Miss Elsa Cane!
