When she was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, we quickly learned how uneven the fight can be, especially for families in smaller provinces. But Heather didn’t back down—and neither do we. We walk to honour her strength, her laughter, and her deep compassion. We walk for the families still navigating the storm, and for a future where no one is left behind in their fight.
