My Story…
I’m participating in the 2025 Still I Run Runstreak, and I’d love for you to join me. It’s a challenge to run or walk 31 miles in May to raise awareness for mental health. I'm going to run a mile every day in May. I know this won't be easy, but it's going to be worth it. Every step we take is a commitment to mental health—both for yourself and for others.
If you don't feel like you can join me, please consider donating.
The mission of Still I run is to promote the benefits of running for mental health, and, through our collective stories, defeat the stigma around mental illness. Through various programs they offer, they hope to educate others about running for mental health, raise mental health awareness, provide encouragement to others, and help people experiencing hardship get started in their running journey. I've written about it before, but running is a big part of my mental health.
Thank you for donating. Every little bit helps!
