Our story…
I participated in the Starting Line Scholarship program in 2024 and it changed my life. Running gave me an outlet for my crippling anxiety and the clarity to see the toxic environment I was stuck in. Lacking the support for a healthier life in my marriage, I looked inward and started building my own confidence and happiness. The path hasn't been clear and the distance has been extra long, but I hope I can inspire others to take care of themselves physically, and especially mentally. Join me on my journey to health and happiness - it's a Mare-athon, not a sprint!
