My Story…

My HBCU story started on the campus of South Carolina State College in 1970. My parents met in the cafeteria and the rest is history. Because of their love, I was exposed to Tennessee State University, Fisk University and Meharry Medical College at an early age. I didn’t know that was a unique backdrop for a village. I thought everyone knew what Black Excellence looked like up close and personal. I am a graduate of Clark Atlanta University.
