Our story…
The spirit of our University's founder, Dr. William Hooper Councill, is alive and well in the Metro Atlanta area. For more than 50 years, the Metro Atlanta Alumni Chapter has given back to our Alma Mater collectively with time, donations and service.
Our primary focus is to recruit promising students from the Metro Atlanta area and encourage them to pursue an education at Alabama A&M University located in Huntsville, Alabama. Through yearly fundraising efforts, we have assisted more than 150 students financially with their educational expenses.
