I believe that mental health is just as important as physical health, and it deserves more attention and understanding. In our community, many individuals silently struggle with mental health challenges, and I want to help change the stigma around these issues. Every step I take is a reminder that we are stronger when we stand together, and together, we can make a difference in our community. This run is for all those who may feel like they’re fighting a battle in silence.
