Walk Run and Roll with ReYu - 2025
Our 9th annual 5Km Walk, Run & Roll will help support ReYu to continue to inspire, motivate and promote recovery with increased function for individuals with spinal cord injuries and associated disorders through a comprehensive activity-based training program, education, and exercise knowledge. The purpose of the event this year is to raise funds to purchase equipment and sponsor client hours.
Check-in will begin at 10:00 AM with the pre-race following at 11:00 AM participants must be registered by this point. The run begins at 11:15 AM.
The run/walk will be outdoors and begin at the entrance of site #7 at Sir Wilfred Laurier Park on the trail at the marked start finish line. Participants will run 2 closed loops of the Park. Food and refreshments will be served following participants completion of the event.
