My Story…

I’m honored to be taking part in the HBCU 5K to support my alma mater, Cheyney University. Words can’t fully capture my college experience—it was nothing short of family. Cheyney embraced me with its rich educational culture, shaping me into a critical thinker and instilling the value of putting people first. The bond I built with my fellow students remains unparalleled, and I wouldn’t be the person I am today without the profound impact of the nation’s first Historically Black University. I am proudly #CheyneyMade! I hope you’ll be inspired to donate and help carry forward the legacy of Black excellence.
