Help Amy raise money

Hi, I’m Amy and this year I plan to ‘Run With Pride’ alongside my fellow queers in support of Queer Intersections (QX) Canada! QX is a wonderful organization run by queers, for queers. Their mission proudly states their goal is to create inclusive spaces for the 2SLGBT+ population, where they can join together and partake in services for all aspects of health and well-being. 

Being a queer non-binary person, I’ve been very lucky to have a supportive group of friends who love me for me, and embrace who I am whole-heartedly. They make me feel safe to be my most authentic self in a world that wants me to disappear, or conform with traditionalist ideas. It’s my deepest desire to see that for the queer community as a whole here in London. I want people to be surrounded by love when expressing their most authentic selves, and QX has given us that space.

Let’s protect our resources, Londoners! Let’s protect the people pushed to the fringes of society, who just want to live and let live, and give them a space to come together for the sake of joy. In a time where our rights and progress is under attack across the globe, the community needs to stand up and support causes like QX.
