My Story…

As the founder of Music & Memories, a program that brings joy, connection, and cognitive engagement to seniors through the power of music, I’ve seen firsthand how meaningful moments can be created through care, creativity, and community. This year, I’m running the 2025 UniversalCare Strides for Seniors 5K to support CIBPA PLACE (York Region's first Residential Respite Dementia Care Centre), and to give back to the people who’ve given us so much!

My team, Music & Memories, is stepping up to honour older adults and support the vital services they rely on with Strides for Seniors. Whether you're a runner, walker, or cheerleader, I’d love for you to join my team, or donate if you can, to help bring more music, make more memories, and give more love to our seniors.
