As a headache medicine specialist, I have the privilege of caring for individuals living with migraine and other headache disorders. What many may not know is that I, too, live with migraine. My journey with episodic migraine has shaped both my personal life and professional path in deeply meaningful ways. Through clinical care, education, and advocacy, I strive to be a voice for change and to push for better access, research funding, and awareness. Miles for Migraine is a cause close to my heart because it brings visibility to a condition that affects millions yet remains under-recognized. It brings us together to fight stigma, raise awareness, and build a stronger community.
