In loving memory of Miss Violet Mae Ballinger, our perfect little flower, who was born into the arms of Jesus on October 9th, 2024. She is so very loved and missed every day.

Heavens Cradle is the fund that covers everything at the hospital for their infant loss program. This covered the costs for Violet’s casket, the cooling cot so we could have extra time with her, counseling sessions, special keepsakes with Violet’s feet and handprints, and support events for families such as making a special Violet bunny that weighs her birth weight, and the kids just had a pizza painting night with therapy dogs. They send us support mailings every month, and the bereavement team checks in with us regularly. I hate that anyone has to experience this kind of loss, but this group and team has made a huge difference for our family from the moment we found out Violet's heart was no longer beating.
