Our story…
Team Soul to Sole is walking and running in the GOCA Teal Trot 5K in memory of Wendy Sheron, beloved mother-in-law to GOCA Executive Director Doug Barron. Nearly 19 years ago, ovarian cancer took Wendy far too soon, stealing precious milestones and countless everyday moments from her family.
We walk so that other families don’t have to endure the same loss. With your support, we can spread awareness, educate others about the risks and symptoms, and give more women the chance to experience life’s special moments.
