Let’s End Food Insecurity
Two long-standing non-profits with a rich history of fighting hunger, Loaves & Fishes and Friendship Trays, joined forces with a new name, Nourish Up. Lifting up our community through food, we provide groceries to our neighbors in need in Mecklenburg County through the largest network of food pantries in North Carolina, grocery home delivery, and delivering healthy meals each weekday through our Meals on Wheels program.
At Nourish Up, we accept no excuses for our neighbors going hungry.
This year's top individual fundraiser (and a guest!!) will enjoy a 2-night stay at Hotel Domestique, a luxury retreat valued at $1,800 and inspired by the Tour de France cycling adventures of George Hincapie.
A mere 90 miles away from Charlotte in Saluda, NC, this hotel offers luxurious stays and unmatched experiences in hospitality, cuisine, and adventure. (George is even throwing in top-of-the-line bike rentals for both days.) You don't have to ride, but if you do, experience world-class cycling, where European riding culture meets the stunning terrain of the Blue Ridge Foothills. With rolling hills, challenging climbs, and scenic country roads, expertly curated routes cater to cyclists of all levels.
