My Story…
I was diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer at 31 years old, where the cancer had already spread beyond the breast and lymph nodes to almost every bone in my body.
Research for stage 4 MBC is crucial. I am thankful to be doing well now, however treatment will never stop. There is no "end of treatment", ringing the bell, or getting to the finish line. We need a cure to get rid of this awful disease that takes the lives of so many.
This year, we walk not only for those currently fighting, but for those we've lost as well. Just this past year, I've lost 3 dear friends to MBC. So this year, I walk for finding a cure, and for Alicia, Kristi, & Danny.
Donate to help Kristi raise money for Jackson METAvivor Glow Walk’s fundraising campaign.
