My Story…

This is my 9th suicide prevention walk, but my first for this organization. Suicide prevention is important to me because my community, the LGBTQ2S+ community, struggles with suicide at a higher rate than our cisgender and straight peers. We deserve to live authentic lives with just as much joy and acceptance as anyone else. Suicide can be prevented, and that’s why I walk.
