Our story…
On Saturday, September 6th, our team will be participating in the Distress Centres of Greater Toronto's Walk to End Suicide in loving memory of Connor Natalie, who lost his battle with mental illness in May of 2022.
Connor was deeply loved by all who knew him. He was a beloved son, brother, partner, uncle, and friend whose warmth, humor, and kindness left a lasting impact on everyone around him. His loss continues to be deeply felt, and it’s in his memory that we walk - to honor his life, to raise awareness, and to help prevent others from experiencing the same loss.
Each year, Connor’s friends and family come together to host a memorial golf tournament, raising funds to support the Distress Centres of Greater Toronto and their life-saving work. This walk is another step in our ongoing commitment to keeping Connor’s memory alive while supporting a cause that means so much to us.
We know that one of the biggest barriers to mental health support is access to resources - and we are walking to help change that. By raising awareness and funds, we hope to make it easier for those who are struggling to find the help they need, when they need it most.
Together, we walk with love, remembrance, and purpose - for Connor and for everyone who has been touched by suicide.
