FAQs: MILO Marathon – Ilagan & Dagupan Rescheduling
1. Why were the Ilagan and Dagupan legs rescheduled?
Both races were moved based on the recommendation of the Local Government Units (LGUs) as their areas require more time to recover from Typhoon Uwan fully. The safety of runners and the community remains the top priority.
2. What are the new race dates?
· NMM Ilagan: November 29, 2025
· NMM Dagupan: December 13, 2025
3. I am registered for 21K, Who wants to qualify What are my options?
The RUNRIO Customer Service Team will contact all 21K runners to provide the following options:
Qualification Options:
· You may submit the official results of any 21K race you completed this year for qualification review.
· Alternatively, you may submit your 21K results from any MILO Marathon leg you ran last year.
· All submissions will undergo validation by the RUNRIO Team, and you will receive official confirmation once your qualification status is verified.
Refund Option:
· If you choose not to proceed, you may request a refund, which will be accommodated by RUNRIO.
4. How do I submit my 21K race results for qualification?
Guidelines will be provided by the RUNRIO Customer Service Team when they contact you. You will be asked to send your official race result or e-certificate for evaluation.
5. How long will qualification validation take?
Validation will be processed as quickly as possible. You will receive an official confirmation message once the review is complete.
6. Will my slot automatically be transferred to the new date?
Yes, all registered runners are automatically moved to the new race date unless they choose to request a refund.
7. Can I switch categories or transfer my slot?
Category changes or slot transfers will be handled on a case-by-case basis by the RUNRIO Customer Service Team. Further instructions will be provided when they contact you.
8. Who can I contact for additional concerns?
