About Us

Going through pregnancy and infant loss is one of the most devastating things that parents and families can experience. Leaving the hospital without your precious baby is absolutely heartbreaking. Loss can be a very lonely place and there are often a lack of supports available for families.

Our mission is to provide comfort kits to parents with the goal of providing important support and comfort in the days, weeks, months, and years following loss. We want families to know they are not alone.

We developed Comfort Kit Fundraiser in 2019. We organize an annual raffle fundraiser in October every year to both raise awareness during pregnancy and infant loss awareness month, as well as raise funds to be able to create and distribute comfort kits to parents. 

In addition to our comfort kits, a huge goal of our fundraiser is to raise awareness and be a support for families going through loss, as well as for the family and friends of those individuals. We want to educate others on how they can be the support a family member or friend that has gone through loss needs. We try to raise this awareness and provide support to families through our blog and Instagram.

Our comfort kits are donated to Trillium Health Partners and William Osler Hospitals Perinatal Bereavement Program.
