My Story…
🌈 For over 12 years, I’ve had the honor of being part of Phoenix Pride, beginning with accessibility and ADA compliance and continuing through so many efforts that make our community stronger.
Phoenix Pride means a great deal to me, and to the many people who have benefited from our scholarships, partnership and community grants, and the joy of our festivals and parades that celebrate visibility and belonging.
One of the most meaningful things I hear at our events is:
💬 “This is my first Pride!”
Those words are powerful. They remind me why creating welcoming, safe, and affirming spaces is so essential...especially now.
