Course Marking - Saturday, August 15, 2025 FULL
Chalk up the 5km and 10km course the evening before the race!
Package Pickup - FULL
Distribute swag bags to runners before the big day!
Race day setup - August 17, 2025- 7am-9:30am
Help with race-day setup. Get pumped up for the race!
Aid Station - 5km turnaround FULL
Direct racers to turnaround
Hand out water
Cheer on the runners!
Aid Station - 10km turnaround FULL
Direct racers to turnaround
Hand out water
Cheer on the runners!
Cyclists - front and back of runners FULL
Bike in front or back of the runners. Cheer the runners on! Communicate to pedestrians.
Course Marshals
Help guide the runners in the right direction. Cheer cheer cheer!
Awards and Draw Prizes
Help with award disbursement and draw prizes!
Tear down
Help tear down the setup.
