Help Elaina raise money

A poppy seed. That was the size of my baby when I had my miscarriage at 4 weeks. It was hardly a pregnancy. I didn't expect how hard the wave of grief would hit me, when the ultrasound technician had to ask the Doctor to come in and explain to me what was happening. I didn't know anything else about my poppy seed. I wish I could have known more about them. I wish they could have came into this world healthy and safe, and I could have held them in my arms. I think of them often. I will never forget, my poppy seed that never got to see this world but is still so loved.

It took me a long time to be able to share this story, for all different reasons. But this is the reason why I am running this year. And also to support all the other mothers and families that are going through all their own struggles and challenges and grief.
