Lloydminster Men's Shelter

The Lloydminster Social Action Coalition Society has been active in the Lloydminster area since 1998. The coalition was created to address gaps and barriers within services for Lloydminster’s most vulnerable populations. In a matter of 20 years, the coalition has addressed these gaps and barriers within services through formulating agencies such as: Lloydminster Men’s Shelter and Gibney Housing.

Gibney Housing offers second-stage affordable housing for men to reside at and is intended to help provide and maintain stability for residents.

Our Mission

At the Lloydminster Men's Shelter, we are committed to providing dignity, stability, and hope to adult males aged 18 and older. Our goal is to ensure that individuals in need have access to clean, safe, temporary emergency housing. With your support, we offer essential services, including shelter, meals, and the necessary tools to help men regain stability and rebuild their lives. By providing food, shelter, and support, we work to help individuals get back on their feet and move forward with renewed hope.
