Help Shauna raise money

I have various traumas in my past, and mental health has always been something I don’t have a choice in caring for daily, if I don’t I’m in trouble and it’s something only people who have truly experienced or life with can fully comprehend. It’s not hurt feelings, or a cut. It’s a deeper, darker wound. That is daily lifelong work. My wish is for the stigma to end. And hope is for people to see it like any other illness that needs caring for. No one chooses mental illness. No one.
