Helping to raise funds and awareness for mental health support in our community is so important - perhaps more than ever before!  As a family we have been on a learning journey which has shown how much work is required to build the full support infrastructure for those in need.  More importantly, the experience has shown us that there is so much room for hope - I believe everyone can recover from the disease called mental illness.  Let's do what we can to make that possible for anyone who is suffering!
