My Story…

Over the last 10 years of my life, I have struggled at various times with my mental health- this led me to complete my Bachelor of Social Work and I spend most of my days when at work advocating for mental health supports for youth. Since becoming a mom, I am looking forward to being able to also advocate for postpartum mental health in addition.
