Ingamo Homes

Since 1989, Ingamo Homes has stood as a beacon of hope in Woodstock, Ontario, offering compassionate, second-stage transitional housing for women-identifying individuals and their children who have experienced gender-based violence.

Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, our community comprises of 22 townhouse units designed to provide a safe and supportive environment where families have the space and access to resources they need to heal, rebuild, and envision a future free from violence.

Our comprehensive programs and services are tailored to empower residents on their journey toward independence. Through on-site support, programs and life skills development, we prepare women and their children to transition confidently into permanent, sustainable housing within the community.

St. Thomas - Elgin Second Stage Housing

By supporting St. Thomas – Elgin Second Stage Housing, you are helping support the women and children we serve. We offer advocacy, individual & group based psychoeducational support programs, and encourage positive growth while healing from the complex trauma they have experienced. Each family lives independently in their own furnished apartment, which allows them to comfortably adhere to their family routines and traditions and privately develop their new lifestyle free from violence.
