In real estate we see the inside of homes and the inside of family dynamics. In this business of helping people move we are privy to various situations and circumstances that our clients are going through. Recently I was on a listing appointment where a domestic situation broke out next door. The police were called and diffused the situation before it escalated too far, however it is an all too sobering reminder that not everyone's home is the same safe and loving versions of homes that we think of in our day to day. This is why we support the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation. With every client we help and home we sell we donate directly to our local shelters Nellie's Place and the Red Door Family Shelter who work to help women and children escape domestic violence.
