Mon histoire…

I am extremely fortunate to not have personally experienced domestic violence, but I know that isn’t the case for everyone. Everyone deserves to feel safe in their own home, yet many women and children in our communities don’t have that safety, and that’s not okay. I’m walking to help change that.

This event raises funds for local shelters, giving people a safe place to turn when they need it most and helping them take brave steps toward a new life. I want to be part of making sure that resource is there when someone needs it, because everyone deserves a safe place to call home.
