Did you know 1/2 of all woman in Canada have experience at least one incident of of physical or sexual violence sine the age of 16. On any given day in Canada, 3000 woman and 2500 children are living in an emergency shelter to escape family violence. On average, in Canada, every 6 days a woman is murdered by her intimate partner. The Royal Lepage Shelter Foundation is a 3km walk to raise awareness and funds for woman and children experiencing domestic violence. Together, we shine a light on hope and safety! 100% of funds raised go directly to local shelters - Royal Lepage covers all administration costs.
