Our story…
Almost my whole life I have known several people who have had epilepsy. However, it came closer to home when I met my husband. My husband suffers from refractory epilepsy, Daily life is a struggle for him, as he can suffer up to 15 seizures a day. He cannot drive and suffers many other conditions due to Epilepsy. Things seemed to get even harder since my son has also been having episodes, which is being worked up for Epilepsy. We are raising money for people like my husband and my son. Money so that maybe one day "refractory" epilepsy won't be a thing because they can help everyone!
