Fee
- $100 from June 1 to August 12, 2025, to 5 pm
- $110 from August 12 to Sept 2, 202,5 to 5 pm
- $120 from September 2 to September 8, 2025
- Registration closes on September 7, 2025 at 5 pm
- No event day registration
- Fees cannot be refunded or transferred
- You can purchase event insurance through RaceRoster
- $10 discount for 2024 Run and Walk Clinic participants and 2024 - 2025 Spring into Summer Trail Clinic participants - check your email

Elevate your fitness journey with our comprehensive programs, covering goal setting, injury prevention, and proper techniques for walking and running.
The Clinic Includes

Restrictions
- No strollers
- No pets
- Teens aged 12 to 19 must have approval from a parent/guardian and the clinic head coach
