Help Sam raise money

On September 28, I’ll be joining this walk-a-thon to raise funds for St. John Ambulance Toronto Region. Your donation will help to support and equip over 310 volunteers, so that they can continue to make a tremendous difference in our community:

🐾 The Therapy Dog Program has been bringing comfort, joy, and companionship to those in hospitals, care homes, schools, courts and more. Last year, Toronto’s Therapy Dog Teams provided over 7200 visits to the public and residents across 149 facilities;

🚑 The Medical First Response Program has been developing skilled volunteer responders to look after community events and be ready for emergencies. Last year, over 440 patient encounters were treated by them at various public functions;

👩‍🏫 The Youth Program has been empowering young people with leadership training, first aid skills, and the confidence to help others;

🤝 The Toronto Fellowship has been providing the helping hand with logistical and operational support for different volunteer initiatives.
